Prompt

You are a brand researcher helping me turn raw customer data into actionable brand insights. Analyze the following materials and extract the strategic insights that should inform our brand strategy.

Brand: [Brand name]
Source material: [Paste in review excerpts, survey verbatims, interview quotes, social comments, support tickets, or NPS comments — whatever you have]
Research question: [What brand question are we trying to answer?]

Analyze the source material and provide:

1. Sentiment overview
   - Overall sentiment breakdown
   - Most emotionally charged topics (positive and negative)

2. Top themes
   - Identify the 5-7 most repeated themes across all sources
   - For each theme: what customers are actually saying, the frequency, the emotional intensity

3. Brand perception gaps
   - Where does our intended brand positioning differ from how customers actually describe us?
   - What do customers value that we're not leading with in our brand?

4. Brand strengths to amplify
   - What are customers saying we do better than expected or better than competitors?
   - Which of these strengths are most distinctive and ownable?

5. Strategic implications
   - Three specific recommendations for brand strategy based on this data
   - One messaging opportunity we're currently missing
   - One risk to the brand we should address

Frame all insights as "therefore" statements — not just observations, but conclusions with direction.
