Gather Metrics & Data

Collect all relevant metrics, KPIs, and performance data for the quarter.

Tips:

  • Start gathering data 1-2 weeks before quarter end
  • Pull data from all sources (analytics, CRM, support, etc.)

Analyze what happened, why, and what it means.
